🩶 1️⃣ What materials are your earring posts made of?

Most of our earrings are made with 925 sterling silver posts, while some designs use 14K or 18K gold-plated materials. Certain styles can be upgraded to 18K solid gold posts for an additional HKD280. Please refer to the product description for details.

💎 2️⃣ Does the pendant come with a necklace?

Our pendants do not include a necklace. We currently sell pendants only and do not offer necklaces.

📦 3️⃣ How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days within Hong Kong and Macau, and approximately 5–7 business days for international orders, depending on courier conditions.

💍 4️⃣ Are the rings available in different sizes?

Our rings feature an adjustable design with no fixed sizes and no custom sizing available. They fit most finger sizes comfortably.

💰 5️⃣ Do you have a refund or return policy?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once items are received.
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
