• Shipped via SF Express International / SF Overseas
• Free shipping — no minimum spend required
• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days (may vary by customs or location)

 

3) Shipping Guarantee

If SF Express is unable to deliver to your address or region, we will ship via Hongkong Post using a registered / trackable service of equivalent level, ensuring the parcel remains secure and traceable.

 

4) Taxes & Duties

• Product pages may show “Taxes included”, which means no additional sales tax will be added in Hong Kong.
• However, some countries may charge import taxes, VAT or customs duties upon arrival. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping and must be paid by the recipient.

 

5) Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

6) Address & Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate.
• If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, refusal or uncollected delivery, reshipping fees may apply.
