We ship all orders from Hong Kong via Hongkong Post.
Destinations currently served: Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea.

1) Hong Kong (Local)

  • Free Standard Mail (untracked) on all Hong Kong orders.

  • Upgrade to Registered Mail (tracked + signature) is available for a small fee at checkout.

  • Orders over £50 qualify for a free upgrade to Registered Mail (tracked).

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.

Note: Standard Mail does not include tracking. If you need proof of delivery, please choose Registered Mail or spend over £50 to enjoy the free upgrade.

2) International Shipping (Macau · Taiwan · Singapore · South Korea)

  • Flat shipping fee: £4 per order.

  • Shipped via Hongkong Post (e-Express / Airmail Packet, depending on weight and service availability).

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days (may vary by destination and customs).

Free International Shipping

  • Orders over £60 qualify for free international shipping to Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, and South Korea.

3) Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. Tracking will be provided if you selected a tracked service.

4) Taxes & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT, or duties charged by your local customs.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

5) Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.
