   • You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Returned Items

   • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

   • We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

3. Return Shipping

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

   • Please send the item back to our company address (provided upon request).

4. Refunds

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

   • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

   • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
